the local audio and video recording use a single microphone which work’s fine (possible buttom or front).Why i tell that “loose the sound routing”? Because when i start a Facebook Messenger audio call, the receiver can hear me only if i press Speaker icon but i can’t hear him when the Speaker button is on (like the walkie-talkie). The iPhone loose microphone sound routing only in internet connection streaming. That means all the microphones are ok as hardware condition. The tests were made both on wifi and cellular data.Įach audio and video recording made with Voice Memos, Telegram, Facebook Messenger are ok all the microphones works on local recording.
All the app’s mentioned here have permissions activated in settings for microphone and camera. On FaceTime the microphone works fine but on Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp is not working.
I have the same problem with my iPhone 6 plus latest iOS with automatic updates turned on for all app’s.
